The poster is based on a DMAIC research project. This poster was created during the Improve phase and demonstrated deliverables up to such. The main goal of the poster was to show a combination of key project information and points of interest. This was done so as to help create talking points, rather than to show as much information as possible. Additionally, it was also used to advertise a survey in progress. Lastly, the Improve phase originally used taped-on information due to time constraints and other issues.
