Home HVAC Automation System. A system designed to increase home heating and cooling system efficiency. Temperature for each room is monitored and adjusted as needed only when occupied. Room occupancy is determined by use of wireless cameras. The air supply system is monitored for proper pressure. When HVAC system pressures are too high, energy requirements to run the system increase and life expectancy of the system decreases. This automated approach takes measures to relieve excess pressure or notify the user for servicing requirements. The entire system is accessible to the user through a simple web interface that can be accessed by any device with web browser capabilities.
