P-12-200-4026 NA Klamath Project, California-Oregon. The feature regulates flow from the Upper Klamath Lake Reservoir. It is a principal source of water supply for the project. The dam is a reinforced concrete slab type structure 22 feet high and a crest length of 435 feet.
