As part of our daily lives, the computer is both a help and a source of frustration. This "all you need to know" workshop will help relieve headaches by providing basic information on WWW, PDF, FTP, JPG, HTML and NT files, how to access and use databases, Internet surfing, and how to develop digital presentations. Complete with music and informative handouts (appropriate pictures of typical computer screens), the workshop course of study will be modified according to an on-site questionnaire to meet the specific needs of our registrants
