The food processing industry has many possibilities for the use of geothermal energy to satisfy their energy demand. This is especially true in direct application such as for drying or dehydration. Onion dehydration is one specific area of interest; and with the recent dedication of the plant at Brady Hot Springs; Nevada; the interest is a reality.
