This report is a user manual for the steam plant version of GEOCOST. This version simulates the production of electricity using steam derived from dry steam or low salinity hydrothermal resources. GEOCOST currently has the operational capability to simulate other geothermal resources and power plant cycles. These other capabilities will be described in a later version of the user manual after their development and validation are completed
