The Governors of Oregon and Montana, and Oregon Senator Mark Hatfield, addressed the Council at separate meetings in March. Oregon Governor Barbara Roberts and Senator Hatfield spoke at the Council's second annual Salmon Strategy Progress Review on March 30.
