Reduced Emissions Devices Rally in 1973. Oregon Tech was the winner that year. Photograph shows students and faculty posing behind the car designated for the California Reduced Emissions Rally. The car was prepared by the S.A.E. Student Chapter of the Oregon Institute of Technology. The sign on the side of the car states that it is a clean air car and runs on propane fuel.
