This project is an upgraded directory board for the lower floor of Purvine Hall at OIT. It will feature motion sensors to show whether there are people in a particular room along with LEDs to show what the status of the room is. The colors of the LEDs will be controlled by a schedule from a local website that can be modified and updated in real time. The status of the rooms will be indexed by the board and therefore readily available to display. The motion sensors will be on a timer that is refreshed after five minutes has elapsed unless movement is detected.
