The goal of this project is to increase the weekly patient capacity of the psychiatrists at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) to help alleviate the access issue they are facing. A Six Sigma approach was taken; using data and going through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) project format.
