The enclosed project consists of an emergency operations plan designed and customized specifically for Klamath Hospice. In order to develop the Emergency Operations Plan, primary and secondary research was conducted. Interviews with Emergency Management Experts, and credible sources were used to understand the regulation guidelines, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, and to customize the EOP for Klamath Hospice.
