Inland Empire Foods, located in Sutherlin Oregon, manufactures and sells a variety of products made from dehydrated legumes. Currently they only sell product in bulk to other manufacturers. This project details the creation of a product launch plan that will be undertaken by Inland Empire to launch an ecommerce website for direct to the consumer sales under the name of Garden Valley Foods. This report chronicles the process of creating this product launch plan as a senior project in conjunction with the efforts of Inland Empire.
In this final phase, the data that was collected in previous phases was analyzed and the results have been reported as per the project criteria
