The Oregon Tech Management department is currently developing a marketing campaign to drive enrollment within the degree options it offers. Since 2012, enrollment at the Klamath Falls campus for management degrees has fallen nearly 30%. One aspect of this campaign deals with the image on the Oregon Tech Management Department webpages. These pages currently lack enough information on specific degree options for users to obtain more information and contact someone within the department to eventually pursue a degree in business. Furthermore, analytical data describes a webpage that is lacking in so much that users spend an average of less than one minute on business pages before leaving to look at competing degree program webpages (Engineering, Health Sciences, etc.…). This project specifically deals with the development of a plan to design newly formatted webpages for only the Marketing degree option on the current management website at Oregon Tech, as well as landing page for the department website. A study of in-house research using analytics is presented midway through the report to compare how often students visit Oregon Tech management pages, how long they spend on the site, as well as where they go next. Using this information, suggestions for webpage improvement are given to enhance the appearance and sense of professionalism the page conveys. It should be noted that implementation is not a part of this project.
