In this paper, we have examined the clinical importance of monitoring stomach dysrhythmias and the fundamental role of Interstitial Cells of Cajal (ICCs) in generating slow waves. Gastroparesis and functional nausea and vomiting syndrome (FNVS) are associated with a decrease in interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) and abnormalities in the onset and spread of slow waves. The research presents a novel blockchain-based infrastructure for storing EGG data in order to improve the security and accessibility of healthcare data. Blockchain technology guarantees the safe and reliable storage and transfer of EGG data, thereby addressing problems related to patient confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements such as HIPAA. The decentralized nature of blockchain allows for secure and transparent storage of EGG readings and patient records, facilitating efficient data sharing among healthcare participants.
