Integral Youth Services (IYS) was established in 1988 with the mission of offering hope to at-risk and homeless youth living in Klamath and Lake County. For the past 34 years, communication at Integral Youth Services (IYS) has been primarily word of mouth. A joke amongst long standing staff is that "we’re the best kept secret in Klamath Falls''. When talking with community members, many have never heard of IYS. When a program shuts down, many people assume the organization has as well. Marketing has not been a focus for IYS since the beginning, and has never been a justified expense. This project addresses these problems through research, planning, and implementation. In 2023, a development department was created to take on the marketing goals of the organization, and saw immediate response. See the outcomes of this project unfold at IDEAFest.
