Solar Sweeper is an automated solar panel cleaning system designed to improve photovoltaic panel performance by removing dust and debris without the use of water. The system uses rotating brushes mounted on a motorized carriage that travels across the panel surface, providing full cleaning coverage. An Arduino-based control system manages brush operation, carriage movement, limit-switch feedback, and automated cleaning schedules. The design incorporates an adjustable carriage to accommodate different panel sizes and a custom 3D-printed gearbox to increase brush torque while reducing motor loading.
