The primary goal of this applied research project is to identify and learn about how to help with health disparities within Rural and Native American communities. Then see what Rural and Native American communities can do to improve them. This project seeks to identify key gaps in healthcare services, patient education, and the lack of insurance. In doing this, it intends to bring attention to the particular barriers these communities experience and formulate concrete approaches for advancing health equity and overall well-being.
