(United States Bureau of Reclamation) employee in charge of the pump houses in the Tulelake area of the Klamath Project, pours oil into a reservoir on a 33 1/3 second feet pump in Pumping Plant "A". Newton is a veteran of 4 1/2 years in the Army with 3 1/2 years of service overseas in the Southwest Pacific as a Technical Sergeant.
